Start and stay committed to walking with an event as a goal.  Walk events offer the physical activity and the social support that can help us achieve our fitness goals while participating in our community.

Great American Smoke Out Walk

Thank you to the more than 1,000 employees that walked on November 20th. Congratulations to Lisa Vitkus from the Women's Health and Breast Pavilion, who is the winner of the Wii and Wii Fit!  And thanks to the volunteers from Taussig Cancer Center, the W.O Walker Fitness Center, Curves, the Diversity Department, and the Tobacco Treatment Clinic for staffing the rest stop tables.

American Heart Association 2008 Walk

Cleveland Clinic was the number one company in participants and funds raised at the Cleveland Start! Heat Walk.  We raised more than $180,000 for heart research and education programs.  Click here for pictures of some of the more than 1,000 employees that participated.

Wellness Walk on April 16, 2008

More than 2500 employees walked at 7 different sites.   Thanks to H2Cool for donating the water.
