Occasionally, everyone is challenged by personal problems and issues. The CONCERN® Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers private and confidential assessment, short-term counseling, and follow-up services to active employees and their immediate family members. You/your dependents do NOT need to be enrolled in any of the health plans offered by Cleveland Clinic in order to utilize the CONCERN® EAP benefit.
