Membership Information

FREE Membership for EHP Members!
Employees who are Cleveland Clinic Employee Health Plan (EHP) members will be elligible for a free, one-year fitness membership at the newly-renovated Walker Health & Wellness Center.

How to Join:

Cleveland Clinic EHP Member Employees
-Visit the Walker Building Health & Wellness Center (in-person only)
-Complete/sign enrollment forms & an EHP Wellness Program Physical Activity Application.
-Fitness Center staff will main your application to the Cleveland Clinic EHP.

All Other Cleveland Clinic Employees
-Visit the Walker Building Health & Wellness Center (in-person only)
-Complete/sign enrollment forms and authorize payroll deduction for a membership. Employees can also pay for memberships via cash or check.

HOURS
Monday - Thursday     5:00am - 9:00pm

Friday                           5:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday     8:00am - 2:00pm

Parking
FREE parking is available for up to 3 hours in the adjacent parking garage.

Membership
Fitness memberships include access to the cardiovascular room, weight room, indoor and outdoor track, gymnasium, aerobic classes, a peronally designed fitness program, as well as an orientation to the facility. Swim memberships include access to the pool only.

Memberships fees are as follows:
* Individual membership - Fitness only: $250 annual; $45 monthly
* Individual membership - Swim only: $250 annual; $45 monthly
* Individual membership -both Fitness and Swim $350 annual; $60 monthly
* Family Membership - Fitness only: $375 annual
* Family Membership - Swim only: $375 annual
* Family Membership - Fitness and Swim: $525 annual

Family Memberships are for spouses, significant others, and dependent children between 16-23(must be at least 16 years old to use the facility)

Daily passes are also available for $10
Weekly passes are available for $30 (7 consecutive days)

Payment
Payments may be made by cash, check or payroll deduction.  Payroll deduction is available with the purchase of an annual membership. Minimum deductions start as low as $10 per pay.
